Redline Resources for the AGMA Board-Proposed Rewrite

AGMA has told its members it did not provide a redline version of their proposed constitutional rewrite, comparing the current version to the rewrite, because it would be impractical, considering the number of changes. We have taken the trouble of doing so for the sections we felt were most important to assist members in making an informed choice. 

Here are the changes in the AGMA Board-proposed constitutional rewrite for Article VIII Section 1: Executive Council. This section has been moved into the Board-proposed constitution from By-Laws, Article II Section 7.

Here are the changes in the AGMA Board-proposed constitutional rewrite for Article X: Convention. This section is in the current constitution as ARTICLE VIII.

Here are the changes in the AGMA Board-proposed constitutional rewrite for Article VIII Section 1: Executive Council. This section has been moved into the Board-proposed constitution from By-Laws ARTICLE XXVII.
